I consent to the processing of my personal data provided in the above form by Warmia Residence and Hotels Sp. z o.o. based in Woryty (street Lipowa 13a, 11-036 Woryty) and other group companies (all entities affiliated with and dependent on the Company, either personally or by capital, directly or through other entities), in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws from 2018, item 1000 as amended) and of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 119/1 from 04.05.2016), for the purpose of receiving commercial information. The consent referred to in the previous sentence was given voluntarily. I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time. Personal data may be processed until the consent is revoked, if applicable. I have the right to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of my personal data from the controller, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.
